Terms of Service

NeedToGrowis a marketplace that connects people buying and selling farm goods. We are not a party to any transaction. We do not grow, inspect, store, handle, or deliver any goods, and we don't set prices.

Provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You're responsible for everything that happens under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.

You're responsible for what you list, offer, and agree to. Descriptions, quantities, prices, and availability must be accurate. When an offer is accepted, that's an agreement between you and the other user — not with us.

NeedToGrowdoes not currently process payments. Buyers and sellers arrange payment, pickup, and delivery directly with each other. We don't guarantee that any payment will be made, that goods will be delivered, or that any transaction will be completed.

You are solely responsible for following all laws that apply to producing, selling, labeling, and transporting food where you operate — including licensing, cottage-food rules, and regulations for items like raw milk, eggs, meat, and produce. NeedToGrow does not verify the safety, quality, or legality of any listing. Buy and sell at your own risk and use good judgment.

Don't use NeedToGrow to break the law, defraud or harass others, list prohibited or unsafe items, or abuse the platform (for example, scraping, spamming, or interfering with the service). We may remove content or accounts that do.

You keep ownership of the photos and text you post. You grant NeedToGrow a license to host and display that content so the marketplace can function.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that listings are accurate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NeedToGrow is not liable for disputes, losses, or damages arising from transactions between users, user content, or your use of the service.

We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms or put other users at risk.

We may update these terms as the product grows (for example, when payments launch). If you keep using NeedToGrow after a change, you accept the updated terms.
